Request For Proposals
Having come close to running out of CDs to review, I would like to have some feedback, perhaps a recommendation of an album to review. Just leave a comment.
I love music and focus on Jambands, Jazz, Blues and Bluegrass, thus the name of the blog. My intention is to try to bring attention to lesser known albums or musicians in these genres. I'm also going to start reviewing well known artists and albums. I will on ocassion comment on musical ideas about theory that I have.

I suppose metal reviews would be a bit low-brow for your blogging taste.
How about Hoar's amazing album Hoar You? It's an under-rated classic.
Alright, I'm specifically requesting a detailed and highly analytic review of this album.
Jimi Hendrix "Electric Ladyland". That album was damn near as good as the Hoar album.
The Governor
Maybe I will go back and start blogging about some classic albums. There's certainly plenty to say about Electric Ladyland. Darrell, I don't know if I will review Drivin' & Cryin' as I always saw them on that line between hair-band and grunge. There may be some redeaming qualities on that album but I doubt it would fit the jambander category, which I'm trying to stick to. Although, it seems I only have you Wendy and Saul and readers. Why not cater to what you guys want?
Dempsey - I just finished ordering Melvin Taylor & the Slack Band. Thanks so much for offering up a suggestion. I'll definitely review it. Also, I'm glad you got to experience Gibb. I used to love seeing him at Trax. I'm sorry that it's gone now.
when i think of jambands, bands like LITTLE FEAT, umphrey's mcghee, derek trucks, susan tedeschi, sam bush, leftover salmon, string cheese incident, phil lesch, donna the buffalo, drive by truckers. there that ought to get u started.
